His son Mr Swapnil Sonawane successfully expanded this plant into the field of designing from 1992; He started expanding his own office with new ideas and with a branch of PRETTY KITCHENS AND FURNITURS the increasing response of the people led to the construction of many bungalows, flats and some hospitals. This led to working with companies like HPCL, Reliance, Klaus Union, Helvoet Rubbers & Plastics Pvt. Ltd..
